How is QHealth different from other Telemedicine services?
Unlike other services where patients have to pay every time they speak to a doctor and pay hidden fees, QHealth gives it’s members UNLIMITED access to US Licensed physicians for one low monthly fee.
Do I talk to “real doctors”?
Yes. QHealth’s members only talk to actual doctors who are U.S. board-certified internists, state-licensed family practitioners, and pediatricians licensed to practice medicine in the U.S. and living in the U.S. When you request a consult, you will be connected to a doctor licensed in your state.
When are QHealth’s doctors available?
When you sign up with QHealth, you will have access to doctors 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Speak to our doctors any time you have a non-emergency condition, are unable to see your primary care provider, or when you simply prefer a convenient, cost effective alternative to the emergency department, urgent care center or retail clinic.
I already have insurance. How does the QHealth work with my insurance?
By giving you access to a US Licensed Physician from the comfort of your home or work, QHealth can help you save money on copayments and deductibles, save you from a trip to the doctor and save you from a visit to the emergency room. QHealth will also offer you discounts on healthcare that may not be covered by insurances, including dentists, vision, prescriptions, alternative care, fitness centers and much more.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
Yes. Members must be at least 18 years of age. Dependents can be minors, however a guardian must conduct the medical consultation on behalf of an underage dependent that has an account.
What if I have a current health condition?
There are no limitations on the use of the program, regardless of your health condition.
How much does it cost to use QHealth?

When can I start using my QHealth service?
You can start using QHealth one business day after you enroll.
To speak to a US Licensed Physician:
Simply call the toll free number provided in the email and you will speak to a friendly Customer Service representative who will connect you to a doctor.
The first time you call, the representative will ask you a few questions about your medical history that you must answer before speaking to a doctor.

You will receive your temporary cards via email when your account is activated and your permanent cards via mail 1-2 weeks after your account is activated.

What languages do the doctors speak?
English and Spanish speaking doctors are available.
What are some of the common conditions the doctors can treat?
Common conditions include sinus problems, respiratory infection, allergies, urinary tract infection, cold and flu symptoms and many other non-emergency illnesses.
Can I use it for my family?
This varies depending on your specific plan. The QHealth family plans are designed for Immediate family which includes a spouse or domestic partner, children up to the age of 26, parents in the household over age 60 and other IRS Dependents.
Can I get a prescription?
It is up to the doctor to recommend the best treatment. The doctors do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by the DEA, non-therapeutic, and/or certain other drugs which may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. These include, but are not limited to, antidepressant drugs such as Cymbalta, Prozac and Zoloft which are drugs that are harmful due to their potential for abuse. Also, non-therapeutic drugs such as Viagra and Cialis are not prescribed by the doctors.
How are prescriptions sent to the pharmacy?
If the doctor prescribes medication, it is submitted electronically or by phone to the pharmacy of your choice.
What are the QHealth pharmacy savings?
At retail locations, savings on prescription medications average 31% on generic drugs and an average of 15% on brand name drugs over the network pharmacy's usual and customary prescription prices. QHealth Deluxe members can also save approximately 50% off retail drug store prices on mail-order prescriptions.
What if I need tests or lab work?
With QHealth’s Labs and Diagnostic imaging network, we put the power in your hands! QHealth Deluxe members get access to discounted lab work - without a prescription! The savings range from 20% to 70% off retail billed charges. QHealth members also have access to discounted diagnostic imaging at over 2,900 radiology centers nationwide.The savings range from 40% to 75% off Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Computed Tomography (CT) scans.
Can I speak to a doctor when I’m traveling outside of the United States?
Yes. You can request a consult from anywhere in the world. You will speak with a doctor licensed in your home state. International consults are advice-only. You must have a U.S. address and a U.S.-based phone number for the doctor to call back at the time of consult. Prescriptions and video consults are not available for international consults.
Is my electronic health record kept private?
Yes. The service is compliant with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and will only share your information with your selected member physician and pharmacy. Your Health records are kept totally private and we employ robust encryption methods to protect your personal information.
Do providers have access to my health information?
If you have provided your health history or other health information in the Online Medical Records, this information will be available to the attending doctor. Having access to health information is important to providers and helps them provide timely, informed care.
Can I get a copy of my medical records?
Your medical record is always available to print or download from your Online Medical Records. Simply log into your account and select your past visits.
